Please read these terms carefully. By submitting an application, you agree to the terms below.
JewishVerification.com provides verification of personal halachic (Jewish legal) status based on document review and rabbinic evaluation. This may include assessments of Jewish status, kohen status, mamzer status, and unmarried status, according to halacha. We do not provide legal or governmental determinations of any kind.
We recognize the sensitive nature of the information you submit. All personal and family details are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and only authorized reviewers will access your data in the course of evaluating your application.
A nonrefundable fee is required to open a file and begin the review process: $260 for a Single Application, or $360 for a Couples Application, which covers both the bride and groom. The fee covers administrative costs, document evaluation, and rabbinic assessment, and must be paid before the review begins.
All fees are nonrefundable once paid. This applies regardless of the outcome of the review, and regardless of whether an application is ever completed or submitted.
The Couples Application fee is charged when the initial information is submitted through this website. The personalized application forms subsequently issued to the bride and groom are issued by name, are not transferable, and expire by the date of the wedding. No refund is given if those forms are completed late, are submitted after they expire, or are never submitted at all.
A form that has expired may be reissued at our sole discretion. Reissuance is not an entitlement and does not affect the nonrefundable nature of the fee.
Submission of an application does not guarantee any specific result. Our Rabbinic Counsel will make all determinations based solely on the evidence provided. Where the available evidence is insufficient, a determination may be delayed, qualified, or not issued.
Our services are provided within a halachic framework. Any disputes or questions regarding an outcome must be addressed exclusively through a competent Beis Din. By applying, you agree that any such dispute will be resolved by Beis Din and not by secular courts, to the extent permitted by law.
