The bride and groom are verified together, as one file. This page is the first of two steps — the full application form follows by email.
Applying on your own? Use the Single Application.
What happens after that: your file goes to review once the completed forms come back to us. Reviewers and Rabbinic Counsel evaluate the evidence and research supporting records; a determination typically follows within four weeks.
Each form is personalized and expires. The bride and groom each receive their own application form, issued to them by name. A form cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else, and it expires by your wedding date.
The $360 fee is nonrefundable. It is charged when you submit this page, and it is not refunded if the personalized forms are never completed, or if they are left to expire unused. Please complete them as soon as they arrive.
Check the email addresses you enter below carefully. If nothing has arrived within one business day, look in your spam folder, then write to support@jewishverification.com.
